Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data you share through emrekorkmaz.si is processed, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The Turkish version is the binding text.
1. Data controller

2. What I process
- What you enter in the form: your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number and company name.
- The content of your request: your text, the type of business and tracks you chose, and the draft roadmap the page created.
- Technical logs kept by the hosting service when you visit (IP address, browser details, time of request).
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors.
3. Why
To reply to your request, understand what you need, prepare a quote and stay in touch about it. Technical logs are used only to keep the site secure and running.
4. Legal basis and how data is collected
Data is collected electronically when you submit the form. The legal bases are: processing directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and, for transfers abroad, your explicit consent (Art. 9).
5. Who receives it
The form content is passed to the Web3Forms form delivery service and to my email provider so that it reaches me as an email. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). The servers of these services may be located outside Türkiye; this transfer relies on the explicit consent you give in the form. Your data is not shared with anyone else, sold, or used for marketing.
6. How long it is kept
If no work follows, correspondence about your request is kept for at most 1 year after the request is closed and then deleted. If we work together, it is kept for as long as legal retention duties require.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected and, where the conditions are met, deleted or destroyed; ask for these actions to be notified to the third parties concerned; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can send requests about these rights through iletisim@emrekorkmaz.si. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
